Straight with us and booked in within a week
We had our bathroom renovated by Wickes recently, and their installers needed the electrics signed off as compliant before they could finish the job. We had already had the electrics checked before moving in last September, specifically because we had been burned by a previous house and wanted it done properly. So we assumed it would be fine. Turns out the fuse box was not up to current standards. Ben and his team were straight with us about it and they did not mess us about. Instead of pushing our bathroom work back by weeks, they got us booked in within a week and had the whole thing sorted in half a day. They know what they are doing and they are not going to cut corners or take you for a ride. I will use them again without hesitation.
Fantastic, for both domestic and commercial
I cannot recommend 1010 Electrical highly enough. Ben was absolutely brilliant, a can do attitude, great communication, a lovely tidy job, great price. For both domestic and commercial jobs, this company is excellent.
Highly recommended for our cafe
I have had several dealings with this business over the last six months hoping to get my small cafe up to standard and in response to several issues. Nothing but professional at all times, incredibly proactive and confident enough to offer suggestions and alternatives where appropriate. Good communication and a good quality of service provided. I would highly recommend using Ben for any electrical needs at home or at your place of work.
Always left tidy, always explained
Ben has carried out work at my house, my girlfriends beauty studio, my parents and my grandparents house to a very high standard. The area is always left tidy and it is as if he has not been there at all. Each time he has carried out work for myself and my family he has talked us through the job and explained what he is doing and why, giving us all peace of mind and trust in his skills as an electrician. He has never let us down and is very fairly priced for the high standard of work he provides. I will be using 1010 Electrical again, and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking to hire an electrician.
